Italian to English Medical Medical (general)

I know that 'monitoraggio bioumorale' has been asked on here and 'biohumoral monitoring' was suggested, but I can find no English native sources using the word 'biohumoral' to back this up, so I am doubtful as to its use in English.

My text is a patient report of someone who is on long-term haemodialysis and who has been admitted for acute pulmonary oedema:

- Al momento della dimissione è eupnoica, in compenso emodinamico, con buoni scambi aerei, il peso corporeo è stabile ed i parametri bioumorali sono soddisfacenti.

I have found the parametri bioumorali as being:

- Emocromo
- Sideremia
- Linfociti
- Vitamine
- Minerali
- Proteine sieriche

What would this be referred to as in English?
