Japanese term

頑張り代

Japanese to English Other Finance (general)
Context:
ただ、下記の事務所は調整と頑張り代がある事務所として6事務所挙げました。

I've googled this and get zero results. I almost feel like it must be a typo since I can't imagine any type of expenses for persevering, so to speak. What the heck is this? Some 頑張れ in finding an answer :) Thanks.

room for improvement

Read it as "shiro" and I think this is what it means. Does it fit the context?

scope for persistence

How about translating it as
"However, the 6 units listed below are recommended, as the units having regulations and a scope for persistence."

The word "unit" or "outlet" may be used instead of "office" depending on the context.

Reference:

代(しろ) for room (余地)

As Okada san suggested, the writer seems to have used 代 in the same way as in 伸びしろ.
