German term
für die im 12. Kalendarmonat nach Ablauf des Monats
German to English
Bus/Financial
Accounting
calculation of retirement pension benefits
This sentence if from the German Statutory Pension office, I could not fit the whole sentence above but will write it below. The wording is very difficult to me to render in English and I was hoping someone used to translating accounting documents would be able to help me:
"Der Zuschlag an persönlichen Entgeltpunkten für Kindererziehung ergibt sich, indem die Anzahl der vor dem 01.01.1992 geborenen Kinder, für die im 12. Kalendarmonat nach Ablauf des Monats der Geburt in der Rente eine Kindererziehungszeit angerechnet wurde, mit dem Wert 1.0000 vervielfältigt wird."
Thanks for any help in translating this paragraph into English!

for whom, in the twelfth calendar month after (the end of) that in which
... they were born.
You could possibly leave out the words in brackets, as I think they're implicit in English. And you don't need to repeat "month".
If you're not sure about the bit after "Geburt", you should submit that as a separate question, as it's over the ten-word maximum. But it's basically explaining that the "Zuschlag an persönlichen Entgeltpunkten für Kindererziehung" is calculated by multiplying the number of children who fulfil this condition on this date by "1,0000", which looks like a typo.

in the 12th calendar month from the birth of the child
It is assumed that you start counting in the month following the child's birth. No need to spell that out the way the German does.
.."children for whom you received/were allowed a parenting time credit in the 12th calendar month from the birth of the child.."
.."children for whom you received/were allowed a parenting time credit in the 12th calendar month from the birth of the child.."
