This appears in a list of dentistry procedures, under orthodontics. I've not been able to find any trace of the word outside the lists issued by insurers with the cost to the policy holder. Can anyone help? TIA

It's called a quad helix in Spanish too:

I'll be honest; I didn't know this, but when you search for "quaghelix" in Google it asks you whether you meant "quad helix".
