Is this a Quebecois text? From what I can see, "changement d'à propos" means "changing the subject..." and most incidences are Canadian.

Any notice must be delivered to the parties at their respective addresses set forth below their signatures or to such other address as shall be specified in writing by either party according to the requirements of this section. If the agreement omits this provision, a dispute could arise concerning whether a notice was given at all ("Harry said he told you the payment was late"), whether it was received ("You sent it to our warehouse, not our corporate office"), and when it was received, rather than a date and time easily verified or calculated according to the contract provisions. Including an address where notices must be sent is good practice to assure they are received where your company can best react to them.
