I am translating a bank certification of deposit in English (from the Philippines) into Spanish (Spain).
The sentence is as follows:
... maintains the following accounts with corresponding available balances excluding uncleared funds, garnishment & / or ***hold-out on deposit*** with the Bank.
I haven't found much information, but in the following page I've seen this:

If I had to translate it word by word I understand it's Un depósito de saldo retenido voluntariamente (is what I understand correct?), but I'm nearly sure there's some real translation.

Los bancos, que están siempre maquinando la mejor forma de retenernos, han pensado que es una pena que un porcentaje de sus clientes tengan que abandonarles por problemas de liquidez puntuales, y por eso se han inventado los denominados préstamos con garantía de depósito, que no es más que un préstamo personal que se concede únicamente a personas que tengan contratado un producto de pasibo con la entidad (bien depósitos, fondos de inversión, etc.). No cabe duda que la idea es muy buena ya que el cliente consigue mantener su inversión sin tener que retirarla antes de tiempo (ahorrandose la posible penalización) y consigue obtener la liquidez puntual que necesita
