O texto deixa claro do que se trata. "Construction" não quer dizer "construção" - signfica elemento construtivo, componente de uma estrutura construida.

Penso que "construction" é sinónimo de "material".

Concordo com a tradução de 'construction' como 'material', mas a tradução mais apropriada para o termo 'combustible', ao menos neste caso, seria 'inflamável', e não 'combustível'.
