it basically mean that the price includes all costs up top the point of
getting out of the company's loading bay if the company is the supplier
OR
getting in the company's loading bay if the company is the buyer
"paritet" as used here basically means "at which point the costs and risks pass from the supplier to the buyer" - could be at the factory gate, when loaded in a ship, when crossing the border of the supplier's country or of the buyer's country, or when unloaded from the ship or when delivered in the buyer's warehouse, and all variations in between existing in the Incoterms)
If you don't know for sure if the "Company" is the supplier or the buyer, you can only be guessing which Incoterms should apply - or use some vague general purpose translation - either is no good when it comes to commercial transactions.
Short version: "(ime kompanije)" is the name of the supplier or of the buyer?
