Belt conveyor: Replacing the motor/gears
Before starting work:
1.Switch off the motor voltage and secure against being switched on again.
2.Unscrew both connectors on the motor.
Preparation
1.Remove the cap on the access bore of the motor clamp and bring the motor into a position where the coupling clamping screw can be accessed (see arrow further down).
2.Switch off the motor voltage and secure against being switched on again.
3.Unscrew both connectors on the motor.
Procedure
1.Release the motor clamp.
[M1 = 9 Nm]
