Rozumuję to do pewego momentu tj. Nie może być dokonane zbycie własności przez właściciela własności albo właściciela zarejestrowanego obciążenia jeśli ....(masło maślane) obiążenie (nie) zostało zarejestrowane przed wpisem tego ograniczenia??
