@ Liviu Thank you for your added comment - although "Local Town Hall" would probably be more accurate as "City Hall" is too synonymous with the larger London City council run by Boris Johnson here in London.

although Monica's answer is correct for a better understanding (if needed) I would write "City(Hall) Council"
