I am having a charming time with a part of an autopsy report that the doctor, bless her heart, saw fit to write in Latin. One monstrous sentence has me stumped, especially a word that I cannot find either in my Latin dictionaries or on the internet:
Infarctus acutus laminalis usque transmuralis posteroseptalis myocardii ventriculi sin.cordis IMPLANTATIONE STENTORUM duplex ad ramum interventricularem anteriorem et ad ramum circumflesum arteriae coronariae cordis sin. ante dies XIV curatus non sanatus.
My partial attempt at translation:
Acute laminar infarction of the transmural posteroseptal myocardium of the left ventricle of the heart [implantation of stentorum – plural of stent], twofold, up to the forward interventricular branch and up to till the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery of he heart, before 14 days cured but not healed.

Discussion
Stents are small expandable tubes used to treat narrowed or weakened arteries in the body. In patients with coronary heart disease, caused by the buildup of plaque, stents are used to open narrowed arteries and help reduce symptoms such as chest pain (angina) or to help treat a heart attack.
"Acute laminar infarction of the transmural posteroseptal myocardium of the left ventricle of the heart, implantation of two stents, one in the LAD and th e other in the circumflex artery of the left main coronary artery of the heart, before 14 days cured but not healed"
one in the LAD and the other in the Circumflex artery
so you can omit
..."up to the forward interventricular branch [which should in any case read "anterior interventricular branch [known commonly as LAD]
