Es geht um eine Reisekostenrichtlinie, in der auch die Verwendung der Firmenkarte und des Firmenkartenkontos geregelt ist. In diesem Zusammenhang heißt es: "an employee should never make a personal payment to prevent the account from agiing"
Ich hänge nun bei "prevent the account from aging". Könnte damit etwas in diese Richtung gemeint sein: Der Mitarbeiter darf keine privaten Zahlungen vornehmen, um zu vermeiden, dass das Konto ins Minus gerät

Prevent an acount from aging dürfte dann m.M. in etwa so zu übersetzen sein: vermeiden, dass überfällige Zahlungen auf dem Konto aufscheinen/vorhanden sind. |
