Portuguese to English Law/Patents Real Estate
This is in an appraisal report:

"insere" is main doubt I have (can you really "insert" a property???), but this is my try for the whole text:

"The inspection was performed on [date], on which the physical characteristics and specifications of the real estate and data pertaining to the urban environment to which the property is introduced were raised."

This is of course is for property already built (should this help for context).

Discussion

Mario Freitas Aug 7, 2015:
@ Seth, Whenever you see "o mesmo", "a mesma", "os mesmos", "as mesmas" used as subject, direct or indirect object in PT, always replace it with a simple pronoun. It is always incorrect and ugly, and people love to use those very undue expressions instead of the regular and correct pronouns.
Seth Phillips (asker) Aug 7, 2015:
typo... should be "imóvel"
