Je pense comprendre le sens de "one-off", mais je ne suis pas sûre de bien le traduire dans les phrases suivantes :

"ALL PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO A ONE-OFF"

"Initial charge (one off cost)"

Pour plus de contexte, il s'agit des différents forfaits proposés pour avoir une connexion internet par satellite.

dans ce cas en français ce serait 'forfait d'inscription" par exemple
