eco friendly
This seems to be the most common translation. Eco safe exists, but is nearly never used in a printing context.

: Or "environmentally friendly". It looks like it can be applied to MFPs, tho' most hits are about a Toshiba product.

: I don't see any need for using "statistical" methods when this particular ST is clearly about about "security" / being safe for the environment

: Ditto Phil. Then : "made environmentally friendly" would perhaps be a more accurate rendering of the notion of "sécurisé. When push comes to shove, I reckon that plain ol' "environmentally friendly" does the trick and means the Asker can move on.

made safe for the environment - not polluting the environment with various chemicals used for printing.
strictly speaking it's not a method of printing, it's an attribute/characteristic of a method of printing - meaning that the specific method of printing is "safe for the environment"

Note from asker:
Hi Daryo, Thanks for the explanation, but at client's recommendation, I am using the word eco-friendly. |

: It is tied in to the method though. In the case of the MPFs which are not "éco-sécurisés", other methods are to be used. If made safe for the environment, altho' I note your refs, the usual term for what you dsecribe wld be "environmentally friendly".

yes, some printing methods are "safe for the environment" some are not - IOW it's an adjective qualifying the noun "printing method XYZ" and by association the hardware used; we are saying the same thing, slightly differently worded.

Discussion
How then to render the idea of "sécurisé"? How about expressing is as "made environmentally friendly"?
It is related to the method of printing.
This is what we know :
This part of your document is about the "éco-sécurisation" of multifunction peripherals (MFP). The company in question has other MFPs which are not "éco-sécurisés"and which can scan using one or several of the other methods.
From our point of view, it would be helpful to know what is meant by "other" methods. Presumably it is stated in your document, but we don't have that information, so we are missing quite a bit of the story for this phrase.
Alos, as the company ahs other MFP which are not "éco-sécurisés", then it might help to have other information about those other printers.
Is the "sécurisation" about the components of the peripherals? Is is related to the methods of printing? Of working? Of disposal of either components or the printer itself?
What is the overall context, what is the document as a whole about?
This looks to me more like an EDM situation, please can you confirm?
