Omouvám se za podobný dotaz. Opět si nevím rady, jak přeložit tento termín (vyňato z rozsudku krajského soudu).
Domnívala jsem se že anglický termín "verdict" se používá pouze pro rozhodnutí poroty v anglicky mluvících zemích??

As previously noted, výrok is “operative part” in EU (i.e. civil) law. However, the way the Czech legal system is structured I think there are occasions where you simply can’t avoid “verdict”. Otherwise it’s just going to get messy. The EU courts themselves make relatively free use of verdict. Hence my “verdict of acquittal” proposal.
Here, too, I don’t think anyone would complain if you were to use “verdict on damages”.
