No encuentro ninguna pista.
Agradezco cualquier sugerencia.

I think this is what it means:
https://aif.cnv.gov.ar/Infofinan/BLOB_Zip.asp?cod_doc=299559...
http://rig.tucuman.gov.ar:8001/boletin/aviso?nroboletin=2663...
The sense of "antecedente" is a supporting or background document, as in the "antecedentes" of a legal decision (the grounds) or of a contract (the recitals).

: literal translation, but what exactly is an "antecedent of minutes"? Can you quote an example?// well, not one single ghit for your term, so I cannot see that it is used anywhere

Dear Chris: it is a written record of the meeting they held. Does it make sense to you? I would like to know the answer you already have in mind.´

previous minutes/minutes of previous meeting
Low confidence here, but without further context I suggest this might be referring to the minutes of the previous meeting being approved - a standard formality

: I don´t think "previous minutes" is the name for it. Sorry. Non-literal, but also non-sense. Regards.

: I don't think this is correct, but nor do I think people should give disagrees to 2s :-)//Nope, just wanted to get you out of the red, especially when the disagree came from someone whose answer made no sense!
