Non-PRO English to Dutch Bus/Financial General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters in a CV
I'm struggling to translate this sentence into Dutch and would appreciate if someone could please help.

Change log

May 16, 2015 11:13: writeaway changed "Field" from "Tech/Engineering" to "Bus/Financial" , "Field (specific)" from "Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs" to "General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters" , "Field (write-in)" from "(none)" to "in a CV"

May 18, 2015 13:18: Kitty Brussaard changed "Level" from "PRO" to "Non-PRO"

Sep 13, 2015 07:38: Michael Beijer Created KOG entry

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (3): Michael Beijer, sindy cremer, Kitty Brussaard

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Kitty Brussaard May 16, 2015:
@Michael I would almost say 'uitzonderlijk mooi' but that would be taking things too far :-)
Michael Beijer May 16, 2015:
@Kitty: deze vind ik best mooi:

Uitzonderlijke expertise onderstreept door 38 jaar werkervaring.

PS: over het hoofd gezien dat het om 38, en niet 30 jaar gaat
Kitty Brussaard May 16, 2015:
Eens met Michael Het omgooien van de zin is hier waarschijnlijk de beste oplossing: Uitzonderlijke expertise/kwaliteiten onderstreept door (of: op grond van) 38 jaar werkervaring.
Michael Beijer May 15, 2015:
Misschien heb je hier wat aan...

Expert met bijna veertig jaar werkervaring.
hoogwaardige/uitvoerige expertise onderstreept door bijna veertig werkervaring.

Thanks!
