English to Romanian Law/Patents Law (general)

In certain countries, a « justice of cabinet » is emerging, for instance in family disputes. Processing these case requires that parties be met in a place allowing to preserve the intimate character of the subject which is being dealt with. Offices, small hearing or meeting rooms for this type of “justice of cabinet” could be set up in areas which should be different from the office of a judge.
