Context:
The arbitration proceedings and award shall be written and conducted in English. Any monetary award shall be made payable in Dirhams, free of any tax. The award shall include costs and expenses of the prevailing party including its legal fees and interests from the date of any breach of any of the provisions of this agreement to the date when the award is paid in full.
