Türkçe teknik jargonda "strainer" için filtre karşılığı kullanılıyor ("süzgeç" kullanılmaz). "Wye" ise filtrenin tipini belirten bir semboldür ve "Y tipi" ile aynı şeydir. Kısa yazmak istiyorsanız "Y filtre" uzun yazmak istiyorsanız "Y tipi filtre" karşılığını kullanabilirsiniz.
