it certainly could be translated but may sound a bit strange or weird in Serbia, depending on the specifics of the taxation system in Serbia.
what is the country where this ST was written? sounds like it's UK, but better to be sure;
in which country this translation will be used, i.e. in which country will the contract be executed?
The main problem is that this clause is meant to solve a problem specific to / that emerged few last years in UK, and just transposing it elsewhere may not work or more precisely may sound out of place.
