English term

Sweep

English to Spanish Marketing Marketing / Market Research General - Marketing
It's a gift web page that is describing the characteristics of a robe.
This term refers to part of the size, but I cannot realize what part of the robe it refers to.
It reads:

One size fits most. 50"L, 67" Sweep and 31" Sleeve.

Talle

The definition below clearly specifies that “sweep” refers to the area around the waist. I would then go for “talle”, although I am not fully certain. In Spanish “waist” is the “cintura” (at times also called “talle”) and “sweep” the “talle”, I would say.

Sweep is the extent of the robe around your waist, example, if you have a 40" waist, then 56" sweep gives you 16" overlap.

circumference of the bottom hem

Sweep: You will see this measurement most commonly found on coats or jackets. The sweep is the circumference of the bottom hem of a skirt, dress, coat, or jacket. For a jacket or coat, measure the sweep across the bottom hem from open edge to open edge. For a skirt or dress, measure the sweep by laying the garment flat with seams matched, measure end to end, then double.

Appears to be a conflict with Carolina's answer, but here the "sweep", for example, a man's bathrobe refers to the measurement around the waist.

The Sweep
The sweep is a measurement that refers to the extent of the bathrobe around your waist. On the garment the sweep is usually measured by laying the robe flat with the seams matched up, measuring it from end to end and then doubling the measurement.

agree Toni Castano : This is also the conclusion I came to. // I have just suggested a possible option, but am not certain either. Cheers.
