En un contrato BoP de energías renovables hablan de lo siguiente. No sé si cabe traducir "Interface" por "interfaz". Dejo el párrafo de contexto:
The work of the Supplier and the Buyer have a number of interfaces which are set out in Annex 5.1 [Detailed Interface Division Between Supplier and Buyer] and the Supplier shall perform the work set out in such Annex which is designated as the Supplier’s work.

Por lo que yo entiendo para todo lo relacionado con tecnologia, esta es la palabra que se utiliza. Tal vez puedes utilizar la misma voz inglesa "interface" pero yo entiendo que interfaz en este caso esta bien. Mucha suerte!
