GK / JTETJ

English to Spanish Medical Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH
Good night,

I am translating an English certificate of birth and I have found these two abbreviations that I can't translate. The first one is found at the top left margin of the document along with a typed number: "GK 00174". The second one is found at the bottom left margin of the document, just below the date of issuance. The abbreviation appears typed along with a number in hand-writing: "JTETJ 166"

Please, could anyone help me to find out what these abbreviations mean?

Thank you for your suggestions. The certificate of birth is from Bexley in London. I think I am going to keep the English abbreviations.

@ rompeholas If abbreviations, letters, etc. cannot be identified with certainty, as a translator, you are under no obligation to play the guessing game. The UK is a huge place! Where in the UK was the birth certificate issued?. IMO, the letters and numbers are immaterial to the translation. Regards.

Is it really necessary? If the answer is not obvious from the document itself, they were not meant to be understood, and are for internal record-keeping purposes only. I suggest you just replicate them as is.
