Distributer shall agree to empty keg/ bottle turn-round target as set by Seller.
All returnable packaging made available by Seller to Distributer shall at all times remain property of Seller. All returnable packaging should be returned to Seller within 6 months after shipment thereof from Seller to Distributer. Distributer shall be liable for payment of the Cost Price Value (as defined below) minus the Deposit (as defined below) in case of loss of or damage to the returnable packaging.
Distributer shall implement a tracking system, resulting in accurate reporting and resulting in a minimum stock level of local empties.
