Spanish term

Cantidad a cuenta

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)
This text is a lease agreement and it talks about several items payable to the lessor, one of which is "Cantidad a Cuenta". Here are some examples of where it appears, for context:

Thanks!

@aharshaw If the original contract has an English counterpart, perhaps you can indicate to your client that for consistency of terminology you will need a copy. Then you will be able to see how "cantidad a cuenta" was originally translated as well as maintaining consistency with the initial version.
Alex Harshaw (asker) Jan 18, 2015:
@Rebecca Unfortunately the translation is extracts from the contract showing amendments made by one of the parties and so I don't have the whole contract. It is indeed a commercial lease agreement for premises in a shopping centre but it talks of a "mandatory compliance period" with annual extensions provided for but no right to renewal on the part of the Lessee, so I don't think the purchase option exists.
Neil Ashby Jan 18, 2015:
Rebecca I follow what you're saying, and to me it makes sense (although I don't know how it's best said in business terms).
Rebecca Jowers Jan 18, 2015:
@aharshaw To be able to answer your question appropriately, could you please provide additional context? Is this perhaps a commercial real estate lease with a purchase option in which part of the monthly lease payments are to be credited toward the purchase price? That is a possible scenario in which I believe “cantidad de cuenta” might make sense here, but perhaps other colleagues can offer other possibilities.
