Yes, it does change things: Just say:
"Unremarkable pulmonary findings."
One would not be able to detect enlargement ( or lack thereof) of lymph nodes by auscultation, So I take it that it was another diagnostic modality (CT, X-ray, etc.)

Discussion
The comment about lymph nodes refers to palpatory findings,i.e. the examiner palpated cervical, axillary, inguinal etc. lymph nodes and found no enlarged lymph nodes.
So I am sure now that my initial suggestion is absolutely correct. I didn't see "peripheral" when I first read the text quickly. It's not confusing.
Above that it's ANAMNEZA:
Dolazi na kontrolni pregled sa nalazima (vidjeti nalaz od 03.12.14.). Osjeca se dosta dobro uz povremena probadanja.
Below that it's NALAZI:
"Donosi ranije snimke pluca - 24-3-14. i 03.12.14 (infiltrativne promjene lijevo parahilarno bile marta 2014.), na kontrolnom snimku sekvele lijevo parahilarno."
Perhaps they're talking about these findings but it's so unclear.
