This is from a doctor's report:
Renseignements pour un confrere:
Premier episode douloureux de ce type.
Le 7 douleur en **barre epigastrique**, irradiant entre la pointe des 2 omoplates.
Avec impression de serrement.
Puis fievre, et episodes d'urines orange fonce.
On trouve un elevation des transaminases a env 600 unites.
I think it just means epigastric pain but would like to check if there is a more specific term for it.
