noi ... ni ... ne pourra
Am I right in assuming 'noi la Societe Y ni' is a typo and should be translated as 'neither... nor'
If so, am I missing something here, or do the last two lines contradict one another?
"Compte tenu du caractère d’extrême sensibilité et de confidentialité du Projet pour les Cocontractants, il est précisé que le présent Accord est conclu en stricte considération des compétences de chaque Cocontractant, au jour de la signature dudit Accord, qui constituent un élément essentiel de la volonté de chaque Cocontractant. Par conséquent, noi la Societe Y ni … ne pourra céder le présent Accord.Néanmoins la Societe Y est autorisée à céder et/ou transférer librement le présent Accord. "
The 'noi' and lack of a space between the last two sentences appear in the original

You could argue that its not the translator's job but it can be the little bit extra that helps to keep a client loyal.
