Italian term
taglio sprone

I am translating clothing descriptions for a site but I'm having a hard time coming up with the right work for "taglio sprone" in the following sentence.
La camicia è arricchita da strass sul taglio sprone
I found another entry on proz for a "cardigan con taglio carre" as "square cut cardigan" but I need a noun for as the rhinestones are applied to the sprone/carre.
The shirt is adorned by rhinestones on the square cut yolk (?)
Any ideas are appreciated.
