So you do not assign points because the customer uses poor English and suggests something never seen elsewhere?

but the term that hurts my understanding is "manufactured", I understand "achieved" here and the "variable frequency power supply" is usually called a VFD: Variable Frequency Drive
In that case, I assume you are aware that 'manufactured by [electronic mode]' is grammatically incorrect.
I suspect you might find multi-MLI would be OK, or indeed retain it as MMLI.
Before we waste too much time on pointless speculation, can you just confirm if the EN in this document overall is irreproachable — or if perhaps you have encountered other instances of dodgy (possibly non-native?) EN?
