Grauschimmelfäule / Geisterflecken (bij tomaten)
Schaderreger: Botrytis cinerea
Schadbild: Helle, meist von der Stielgrube ausgehende Faulstellen an der Frucht. An den Früchten auch anfangs dunkelgrüne, dann helle, runde, später gelbliche Flecken (Geisterflecken), in deren Mitte sich ein kleiner dunkler Punkt befindet.
Man nimmt an, dass es sich bei den "Geisterflecken" um steckengebliebene Botrytis-Infektionen handelt.

Bei Geisterflecken handelt es sich um die Symptome von Botrytis, deren Ausbreitung gestoppt wurde. Die Anfangssymptome sind nur noch als Farbflecken auf der Haut der Tomaten zu erkennen. Die Krankheit kann sich nicht weiter ausbreiten.
Wie weet hoe wij deze vlekken in het Nederlands noemen?
