completely/fully satisfy

I'd leave the 360 degrees out. It's clunky in English.

Grazie!
agree Pompeo Lattanzi : If you insist on the 360°: "all round satisfaction" which also has a nicely naughty double-entendre.

provide 100%

"... that are able to provide 100% of the nutritional needs of the domestic cat ..."

Effective marketing texts should avoid literal translation.

Or better:

The combination of vegetables and meat, together with an integration of vitamins, makes this product suitable to meet the nutritional needs of your cat.

all round... (satisfaction)

This is the equivalent English term here. 360 degrees is basically saying the extent covers all round and in all respects....

"adjective
1. efficient in all respects, esp in sport; versatile: an all-round player
2. comprehensive; many-sided; not narrow: an all-round education"

This description/definition shows the connection with these two synonymous terms:
(i..e. "360 deg." & "all round")

"The 360 was marketed as a general purpose computer with 'all round' functionality - hence 360 (degrees)."
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/system/360
Example sentence:

"Quality - Giving the best and unmatched results for ALL ROUND SATISFACTION"

"Quality-Giving the best and unmatched results for ALL ROUND SATISFACTION."
