English term
Mutual Trusts
English to Swedish
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
Ethical Code of Conduct for a company
Context: "[company name] non-managers may hold shares in listed companies having a business relation with [company name], but must report any holding to their immediate superior. This duty to inform does not extend to the purchase or ownership of units in mutual trusts."
I suspect, but am not sure, that "mutual trusts" denotes funds (e.g. Mutual Fund Trust) but I can not establish this clearly from the context. It is conceivable it is meant "trust" as in "good faith".
Regardless of which, I would to have the correct Swedish. I have found "Förvaltningsfond" corresponding to "Trust Fund" but don't know if that is applicable here.

gemensamma stiftelser
The way I interpret the term in the context as provided per above and also take into account that it is a legal contract, it is very similar to other contracts used to avoid insider trading. Considering that is the case, the term to be used here is very likely to be gemensamma stiftelser as it is a common practice when it comes to insider trading, which is illegal in most countries, to establish a mutual trust, which could be completely anonymous in some jurisdictions in due to very strict legislation and high levels of banking secrecy.
