I cannot find what this acronym means in my translstion. It is a ppt about property purchase and, again, the contexyt is short, so I can only give you two separate sentences

Could this be it? After you’ve found a property to purchase, you need to fill out a Direction of Investment (DOI) form. This form tells your self-directed IRA custodian the specifics on the property you’d like to buy, how much money you need, and where to send the funds.

Declaration of Intent?? I am not sure whether in the US, when buying a property, you have to make a Declaration of Intent. Could it be here?

I did Yes, I have checked it but I am not sure which one fits here because the context is so small
