Yes, in a literal sense citazioni would be quotations but in English that word is only used to mean actual quotations of written or spoken words. In this context saying quotations would be confusing and not clear.

agree Lisa Jane : the option with multidisciplinary works best for me. I would finish with... which draws on numerous sources of inspiration. citazioni is best translated in this way and not with only one word.
