I am always leery of treating sth as a mistake, especially if repeated.
I don't have an answer, but have you explored whether it may be a compound of two words like 重⚫️近⚫️？ Eg, it could be the name of a contractor (重機近畿工業) or something like that.

Also, items you list all concern rooms/shacks? Do all the items? Might that be significant?
