Prin sentinţa penală 584 din 23.o2.2005 a Judecătoriei Bacău, inculpatul V.M. a fost condamnat la o pedeapsă de 6 luni închisoare cu suspendarea executării pedepsei, pentru săvârşirea infracţiunii de nerespectare a hotărârii judecătoreşti, prevăzută şi pedepsită de art. 271 al. 2 Cod penal.

Suspended Sentence
