Contexte : "Boy's Jammer Fitted Trunks Down to the Knees (Not Chlorine Resistant)".

Note from asker:

Thank you very much for your remark, which I greatly appreciate.

To some extent, this expression is tautological — 'fitted trunks' is simply an explanation of what 'jammer' means (i.e. close-fitting swimming-trunks). If you want a very literal translation, then it would have to be something along the lines of 'maillot de bain moulant de style jammer' — but it's arguable that the added terms in EN are no more than padding to fill out the expression for marketing purposes. This is to some extent borne out by your other occurrence of 'swim jammers', where the word 'swim' is totally unnecessary (you don't get jammers for anything other than swimming!), and seems to have been added purely to fill-out and balance the phrase (typical practice in EN marketing texts using short descriptions). Likewise, you don't get jammers that are not 'fitted' and/or are not 'trunks' — hence it is pointless to state that explicitly!
BTW, I don't know if it is used in FR for swimwear, but this would be the equivalent of a 'cuissard' in e.g. cycling.
