sleeveless (black) leather dress
In Italy, a 'chiodo' is a black leather jacket, the one used by bikers and bad boys in American movies (or by 'The Fonz' in Happy Days). In other countries it's known as 'Perfecto'.
I guess the text here simply refers to a sleeveless leather dress. Quite fashionable, apparently. Not sure about the black, though. Nowadays the 'chiodo' comes in different colours.

: I doubt it's all leather if there are eco-leather inserts on the lapels. I reckon it's just "biker" style
