Glossary entry (derived from question below)
English term or phrase:
recuse
Hungarian translation:
kifogást emel / kizár elfogultság miatt
English term
recuse (ige)
A fenti kifejezés magyar megfelelőjének megtalálásához kérem szíves segítségüket.
Kontextus:
Cég világszerte kereskedelemmel foglalkozik, így belefuthat, hogy szankcióval sújtott országból kap megrendelést, és egyes munkatársai mint amerikai állampolgárok ilyenben nem vehetnek részt.
"Where the company employs directors, officers or other employees who are US nationals and who would otherwise be involved in analysing, approving, facilitating or engaging in transactions with sanctioned countries, the attached recusal policy (Annex C) should be followed, so that US nationals do not infringe US domestic measures which may impose more onerous restrictions than apply to Essentra.
He needs to be re recused (i.e. take no part in analysing, approving, facilitating or otherwise engaging in the transaction) and that recusal should be clearly documented.
Van egy Recusal policy is: Recusal policy:
US Persons are hereby divested of all power and authority or responsibility in regards to participation in matters and transactions involving US economic sanctions targets and must recuse themselves from any transactions of any group company or entity which involves US economic sanctions targets.
Eddig a kontextus.
A KÖVETKEZŐ MONDATBAN mit jelentene tehát a "recuse"? ->
He needs to be re recused (i.e. take no part in analysing, approving, facilitating or otherwise engaging in the transaction) and that recusal should be clearly documented.
Előre is köszönöm szépen a válaszokat!
Üdvözlettel
László

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: Sem az Oxf, sem a Cambr. Online (to say that a judge or a member of a jury should not be involved in a trial), sem a DictOnline, sem az Akadémiai nem igazán ezt érti ezen, de ez igen http://www.thefreedictionary.com/recuse, és ideillőnek látszik.
