In consideration of all of the promises and covenants contained in this agreement, the husband hereby waives and releases all rights, interests, or claims whatsoever which he may have by reason of the marriage against the property or estate, whether real or personal, of the wife, now owned or hereafter acquired, including but not limited to rights of curtesy, homestead, inheritance, descent, distribution, support, remaining in the house, serving as personal representative, electing to take against the wife's will, whether heretofore or hereafter made, selecting property in the estate of the deceased wife exempt from administration, purchasing property from the estate of the deceased wife, and all rights and claims as widower, heir, or next of kin, regardless of the financial condition of either party at such time
