solo un'impressione io di queste cose non so e non capisco veramente niente, ma leggendo la frase mi viene spontaneo collegare "attivo" a quello che viene dopo, non a quello che viene prima... un "dynamic certificate" che è relativo al/valido per/funziona sul mercato dei cambi, qualcosa del genere... possibile?
