plan de délimitation des parcelles

French to English Law/Patents Real Estate
This is from a "Promesse de Vente". I've translated it as "demarcation plan of the plots...", but I'm not 100% happy with it. I also considered "boundary plan". Is there a specific term I'm missing here? The UK land registry website refers to "title plan" - is this a better translation? The full sentence is as follows:

"Un plan de délimitation des parcelles constituant le Reliquat du Foncier figure en Annexe 1."

Title plan would be my choice. You have to be careful about property, since the way it is handled is not the same from country to country. However, in a 'promesse de vente' title plan would be fine. The link below shows that the title plan is not the same as the title register.

I agree with Phil, but as he says, a title plan would include details of ownership.

Both your suggested translations are fine. Title plan may not be appropriate if it doesn't say who the land belongs to. But there's no hard-and-fast rule - you can translate it however you like, within reason.
