Por lo que veo en diferentes artículos, "trustee" y "beneficiary" no son lo mismo, aunque pueden coincidir en la misma persona.
Además de la respuesta de Heather Oland, hay otra en ProZ.com de hace unos años en la que también se ofrece como respuestas "beneficiary".
Puede que tengan razón, pero recomendaría investigar más a fondo, pues la naturaleza del texto lo exige.
