Hello I am working on an earthquake engineering related to computer science text and I have looked for it on the internet but unfortunately I haven’t been able to find an accurate translation to Spanish. I would really appreciate your help.

Quizás no dejé muy claro por qué la necesidad de aclarar lo de "raw". Una cosa es la frecuencia del CPU y otra su rendimiento, que puede ser mejorado de distintas formas. La medición del rendimiento puede ser controversial, pero la frecuencia es un dato empírico indiscutible.
Por ejemplo aquí se muestra como AMD creó el sistema "PR" para mostrar que sus CPU tenían un desempeño mejor que las de Intel a una misma frecuencia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Performance_Rating
Pero, en definitiva, creo que a efectos de este contexto, todo eso es secundario, y no es necesario traducir la sutileza de ese "raw". Si definitivamente quisieras hacerlo, podrías poner algo como:
-frecuencia real/medible de reloj
Pero creo que oscurece más de lo que aclara.
Por lo tanto, las opciones serían:
