Discussion
Un palier, un plafond, peuvent convenir mais disent plus il me semble.
-Un palier peut signifier que ca va bouger ensuite (un palier implique qu'il y en a d'autres),
-un plafond indique que c'est un max de la courbe,
-une stabilisation, un aplatissement sont plus neutres je trouve, et en maths on dit effectivement qu'une courbe s'aplatit.
Je peux me tromper bien sûr !
