Discussion
There must be an introductory sentence before this list; what are other elements in this list?
So far "ovlašćenja" is slightly ambiguous while "javnopravna" = zasnovana na javnom pravu.
Also, is there any hint if "imaoci" are individuals or companies or ...?
The list together with the introductory sentence would be useful.
